UPS is launching the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a four‑month training track for Industrial Engineers. It combines hands-on projects, classroom learning, and mentorship to prepare you to lead large initiatives within UPS Operations.

Successful participants transition into an IE Supervisor role, using process improvement methods, work measurement, and operations research to drive efficiency and operational excellence across the network.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license by start date.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across business units and work independently.
