Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the preferred majors (Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Engineering & Technology Management, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management/Research, Logistics)
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity and dedication to getting results
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively across business units

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports project and program management.
• Leads and supports process improvements.
• Performs work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).
• Conducts Operations Research.
