The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to lead all engineering activities at our HomeGoods distribution center in Jefferson, Georgia.

You will partner with IE, Facilities, and Operations to drive process efficiency, maintain labor standards, and cut costs across regional and national projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial engineering with DC experience, strong Excel/Access/Visio skills, and familiarity with MOST and labor reporting systems such as

Qualificações

• Five or more years of Industrial Engineering experience with team leadership.
• Experience with labor standards, cost reduction, and process improvements in DCs.
• Familiar with distribution planning models (square footage, labor, staffing).
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Access, Visio; experience with Labor Reporting Systems.
• Knowledge of MOST/Standards Pro; Red Prairie or Manhattan LMS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze cost reduction opportunities via process improvements and cost/benefit analyses.
• Design department layouts and product flows within the distribution center.
• Identify bottlenecks; develop cost-efficient solutions and present findings.
• Assess capacity impacts for DCs under varying supply chain parameters.
• Develop SOPs for warehouse operations with operational support teams.
• Establish standards using MOST and full cycle studies; justify changes with data.
• Conduct ergonomic evaluations and implement workspace improvements.
• Lead ideas from concept to implementation and coordinate with stakeholders.
