Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Engineering Project Manager to lead the design, procurement, and installation of material handling systems for its distribution centers serving TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, HomeSense, Sierra, Winners and TK Maxx.

You will Coordinate design and vendor selection, manage budgets and schedules, perform flow analyses, mentor engineers, and drive capital projects up to $100 million. Travel 40–60% is expected; AutoCAD experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred).
• 6+ years of Engineering and Project Management experience.
• Experience with material handling systems.
• Distribution Center/Retail experience preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Design and flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, procurement, and installation of material handling systems.
• Coordinate design and vendor selection, budgeting and scheduling.
• Perform flow analyses and project startup activities.
• Mentor project engineers and lead special projects.
