Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support Republic’s business plan to harmonize business processes, improve customer service, efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Understand the business and value stream.
• Apply analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to assess current state and develop alternatives.
• Develop practical business insights.
• Design analytic plans and develop hypotheses to test.
• Interpret results and set next steps.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Propose ways to synthesize multiple and possibly divergent viewpoints into an action plan.
• Take initiative to share relevant project information with internal leadership and clients.
• Execute plans and update project leads and stakeholders regularly.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a similar field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
