Republic Airways, based in Indianapolis, offers an internship program in Human Resources at our Carmel headquarters. Interns shadow departments, participate in professional development workshops, and contribute to projects that improve customer service and efficiency.

You will gather data, map processes, and develop actionable insights while building relationships with stakeholders. This role provides frontline exposure to aviation operations and strategic business analysis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or similar.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work onsite at Carmel Headquarters.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Republic’s business plan to harmonize business processes and improve efficiency.
• Gather information from data sources and create process maps.
• Apply analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to assess current state and develop alternatives.
• Develop practical business insights and test hypotheses.
• Propose ways to synthesize multiple viewpoints into an action plan.
• Execute plan and update project lead and stakeholders regularly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
