Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC in Windsor, Colorado offers an internship/co-op in engineering focused on program execution and embedded solutions. You will work with the Project Engineering lead to drive the program forward, tracking tasks and ensuring timely closure while collaborating with engineering, test, and manufacturing teams.

You will participate in root cause analysis, learn Collins Aerospace processes and tools, and gain exposure to aerospace certification discussions and embedded system

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in budgeting as it relates to projects.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $37,000 - $82,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
