Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Summarize manufacturing issues for Production supervisor by significant categories
• Develop crew load/shop load plans and reports
• Estimate time value or standards in electronic systems
• Provide schedule variance figures and assist in weekly performance reports explanations
• Implement cost reduction ideas (Method Improvements)
• Provide weekly activity reports
• Keep visual factory information current
• Apply time standards
• Conduct schedule and cost analysis
• Justify manpower
• Identify manufacturing cost savings
