Job summary

Lycoming Engines, a Textron company based in Williamsport, PA, offers a 2027 Intern - Manufacturing Engineer position. This paid, 10-week, full-time internship provides real project work and mentorship to help you develop engineering skills while contributing to production teams on the shop floor.

You will support manufacturing engineering, tool design, and tool-room activities, and assist production supervision.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS or MS in an accredited engineering program.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and Access.
• Familiarity with machining, CNC programming, and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering, tool design, and tool room teams on projects.
• Assist shop floor with production supervision and day-to-day activities.
