Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern to join our Devens/Somerville team. This paid internship offers meaningful, challenging assignments and a path to contribute to process improvements on the production floor while gaining hands-on experience in a cutting-edge fusion environment.

As an intern, you will conduct time studies, collect data, map processes, and help optimize material flow under senior supervision.

Formación

• Pursuing an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations Management
• Prior internship in Industrial Engineering
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
• Data analysis
• Google Suite experience preferred
• Time studies experience
• Process mapping
• AutoCAD
• Strong communication with stakeholders
• Demonstration of exceptional results
• High self-motivation and drive to execute quickly

• Support process improvement initiatives across production areas
