Job summary

Fusion Energy Base is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join the Delivery team during a 12+ week onsite program. You will work with manufacturing engineers and technicians to help build the first power generation component samples for our fusion system, learning by doing in a hands-on environment.

You will aid in implementing MES, help create and refine work instructions, and support data collection and tooling design.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist MES implementation and usage with the team.
• Create, edit, and release work instructions for builds.
• Capture redlines and coordinate instruction updates.
• Support tooling design and data analysis to identify trends.
