Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of technically related experience.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating distribution processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ability to lead and manage projects to improve distribution processes, including planning and evaluation.
• Desire for continuous learning and professional development with project variety and vendor discovery.

Responsibilities

• Learn and analyze processes across the supply chain to improve a fast-paced retail business.
• Develop skills in cost-benefit analysis and ROI estimation for vendor selections.
• Manage capital projects from requirements gathering to budgets and timelines.
• Maintain Labor Management Systems in Distribution and Manufacturing facilities; develop SOPs and labor standards.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
