• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years experience with a warehouse management system.
• 1–2 years experience managing cross-functional projects from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, develop, manage, and execute complex building and network automation and process improvement projects.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across sites.
• Develop financial cost-benefit analyses to support project designs and decisions.
• Drive process redesign to improve productivity, accuracy, capacity and safety across the distribution network.
