Qualifications

• 3+ years of Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain Distribution/Fulfillment environment preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs complex data analysis to drive continuous improvement ideas.
• Leads projects with Lean Six Sigma methodologies for small to mid-size scopes (<$250k).
• Performs time and motion studies and analyzes labor standards to improve productivity.
• Develops AutoCAD layouts for space planning and process design.
• Collaborates with operations and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions.
