Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field such as industrial engineering or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, adapting to changing conditions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Support distribution operations analyses and projects.
• Conduct time studies, flow chart development, and testing of system enhancements.
• Develop activity-based costing and labor models for optimization.
• Support warehouse management system implementations and automation initiatives.
• Communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences across the network.
