The position involves cross-site collaboration, time studies, and involvement in automation and material handling projects within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in industrial engineering, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or similar operational environment.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support distribution operations analysis and project involvement across the network.
• Develop cost models, time studies, and workflow improvements.
• Assist with warehouse management system implementations and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive operational efficiency.
