Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, supply chain ops, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing conditions.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and project work to support distribution operations.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop new approaches to support growth and efficiency.
• Build data analyses in Excel and clearly communicate findings to varied audiences.
• Participate in projects across distribution networks, including on-site and cross-site work.
• Engage in time studies, flow chart development, and testing system enhancements.
• Contribute to activity-based costing, labor models, and WMS implementations.
