Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience with automated/robotic paint systems.
• Knowledge of paint coatings and finish quality.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for automated and robotic paint systems.
• Troubleshoot paint coating and finish quality issues; identify process adjustments.
• Analyze and optimize automated paint processes to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Perform line balancing and determine manpower requirements.
• Support capital projects related to automated paint systems and process improvements.
• Review BOMs and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
