Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience.
• Experience with automated or robotic paint systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a technical resource for automated and robotic paint systems and support paint quality and production issues.
• Troubleshoot paint coating and finish quality issues and adjust processes to reduce rework.
• Analyze and optimize automated paint processes to improve line speeds and throughput.
• Perform line balancing and determine manpower requirements.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Support capital projects and maintain manufacturing docs, BOMs, and work instructions.
