Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field, or 7 years of equivalent experience in paint processing and robotics technologies.
• 7+ years of manufacturing management experience with emphasis on paint automation, robotics and process control.
• Extensive knowledge of paint application systems, robotic integration, and automation controls.
• Proven track record in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and managing capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and verification of paint process parameters to meet customer quality standards.
• Support maintenance activities, troubleshoot, and optimize paint application equipment and automation systems.
• Develop operating parameters for new and existing products, including robotic systems, to maximize transfer efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and robotics teams to improve control systems and automation tech.
• Lead or support new facility and equipment installations with seamless integration.
