Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to support safe operation of plant processes through training of operators and mechanics.
• Support equipment reliability via maintenance spare parts inventory management.
• Improve filling lines through systematic process improvement projects.
• Support plant PLCs, SCADA systems, and related computers, including system upgrades.
• Coordinate maintenance in the Plant Engineer's absence and develop leadership skills.
• Serve on the plant leadership committee.
• Execute small capital projects with cross-functional support and contractor coordination.
