Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support safe, scalable, and cost-effective operations across its national network of facilities. This role blends engineering, data analysis, customer engagement, and project management to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include analyzing warehousing processes, creating workflow plans, and developing KPI dashboards using Excel, SQL, and BI tools, with design work in AutoCAD to optimize layouts and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• 4+ years of industrial engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with WMS or production management systems.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP and report non-compliance.
• Observe safety rules and support training.
• Analyze warehousing and packaging processes; implement improvements.
• Create workflow plans and roadmaps with operations leadership.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Support analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across sites.
• Design and update warehouse layouts using AutoCAD.
• Propose automated warehousing and storage solutions to improve throughput.
• Analyze storage strategies, slotting, and zoning to optimize material flow.
• Collaborate with operations management, engineering, and customers to deliver engineered solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors on capital projects from concept to implementation.
