Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 3–4 years of Industrial Engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 6+ years in Industrial Engineering.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to document, plan, and execute programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain floor layouts and market designs for efficient material flow.
• Plan and execute expansion projects to improve space utilization and line delivery.
• Design and optimize material delivery routes and evaluate automation opportunities (AGV, AMR).
• Lead material presentation modeling and design for line-side racks and transport devices.
• Own Kanban and PFEP standards for areas of responsibility; develop standard operating procedures for hand-offs.
