Job summary

PECO Pallet Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer – Operational Excellence to support nationwide pallet-pooling operations. You will drive process improvements, lean initiatives, and culture of safety and continuous improvement across our network.

The role demands strong analytical skills, ability to influence across levels, and hands-on implementation of sustainable improvements in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, or Lean within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform time studies, workflow evaluations, and capacity analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop engineered labor standards, process documentation, layout recommendations, and labor/capacity models.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, constraints, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, 5S activities, standardization, and PDCA cycles.
• Train and coach teams on Lean tools to build capability across sites.
