Job summary

PECO Pallet in Columbus, OH is seeking a Depot Supervisor to coordinate all depot activities and lead a team using Lean Manufacturing and 5S to improve quality, productivity, safety and cost.

You will report KPI data, supervise operations to meet daily and monthly goals, and partner with Team Leaders to ensure SOP adherence and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel to support performance objectives and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing or OSHA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KPI reporting accuracy.
• Direct and supervise depot operations to meet KPIs.
• Lead Team Leaders and Associates to SOP adherence and 5S.
• Eliminate defects with permanent corrective actions.
• Develop training and performance objectives for depot staff.
• Maintain safety program compliance and audits.
• Manage production targets and overtime as needed.
