Job summary

Exol is seeking an Industrial Engineer (Nationwide) to develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation across our network. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Quality to improve productivity and standardization while supporting Lean initiatives.

You will travel to sites to collect data, map processes, and validate standards, contributing to a fast-growing warehouse‑automation environment. A strong background in industrial engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, Power BI, and/or WMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, standard work, and process documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to document and improve operational processes.
• Support time studies, labor analysis, productivity tracking, and process observations.
• Assist with process mapping, facility layouts, workflow design, and operational analysis.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and problem solving.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure updates reflect approved operational changes.
• Travel to operating sites to support implementations, collect data, and validate process standards.
