The candidate will lead Kaizen events, implement 5S, and develop labor standards while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to reduce waste and boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean/CI, and manufacturing/logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning.
• Develop labor standards, layouts, and process documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead Kaizen events, 5S, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Drive standardization and process optimization.
• Train teams on Lean tools and best practices.
