Janicki Industries is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize complex manufacturing systems and lead cross-functional projects onsite in Hamilton, Washington. You will apply lean methods, data analysis, and project planning to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality in aerospace, defense, and related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering/Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Composite/Material Science, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field is required.
• Advanced degree (M.S.) in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize complex systems, processes, and operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within scope, schedule, and budget.
