Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and suggest actions.
• Proficient with CAD software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Conduct operational assessments across warehousing, transportation, logistics, and support functions.
• Lead improvement projects from analysis through implementation and results validation.
• Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methods to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Analyze warehouse layouts, slotting, picking methods, and storage utilization.
• Evaluate labor utilization, staffing models, and productivity metrics.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards; quantify financial impact of changes.
