A growing e-commerce agency is seeking an Industrial Engineer to enhance operational efficiency within a high-volume warehouse environment. The role emphasizes process optimization, labor standards establishment, and workflow design, aiming to improve overall productivity and reduce costs. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and 5+ years of relevant experience. This position offers a competitive salary between $110,000 and $135,000 annually and involves close collaboration with operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process optimization or continuous improvement.
• Experience in eCommerce fulfillment, 3PL, warehouse operations, or high-volume assembly/kitting environments.
• Comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time-and-motion studies to establish labor standards.
• Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities across warehouse operations.
• Optimize kitting, bundling, and manual packaging workflows.
• Redesign pack stations and pick paths to reduce travel time.
• Implement error-proofing mechanisms to reduce rework.
