Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in Kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes across assigned value streams.
• Support and manage product value streams for optimal flow.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma practices to improve production rates.
