RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer in Decorah, IA to lead lean initiatives and optimize product flow. The role focuses on removing bottlenecks, reducing WIP, and directing IE operators and technicians to improve capability and performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and at least five years of IE experience, with strong lean, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years Industrial Engineering experience.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written/oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management) to drive waste reduction and productivity.
• Develop capacity models, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Oversee IE operators and technicians, building capability and performance.
• Collaborate with site leadership to map and execute CI roadmaps.
• Drive capital project ownership from design to implementation and savings.
• Support cross-functional teams to standardize processes and layouts.
