Qualifications

• Experience with data collection, root cause analysis, and practical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement site lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management, pace to takt, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and 8D).
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office functions.
• Optimize processes, layouts, and flow to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Develop capacity models, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Own equipment capital expenditure projects from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to build a CI road map.
