Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is REQUIRED.
• Minimum 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Industrial Services Data collection, root cause analysis, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to apply throughput improvement processes.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written/oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to shift priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement site lean activities like 5S, standard work, visual management, and value stream mapping to drive waste out and productivity.
• Develop capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Oversee IE operators and technicians, providing direction and capability development.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Own equipment capital expenditures, including design, vendor selection, procurement, and implementation.
• Lead improvement projects with measurable savings and timely completion.
