Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, required.
• Minimum 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Proven knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead site lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management) to eliminate waste and boost productivity.
• Develop and mentor IE operators/technicians to improve capability and performance.
• Standardize manufacturing processes, layouts, and flow.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office functions.
