Oxco, LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on Manufacturing Cost and Continuous Improvement. The role supports optimization of processes, developing cost data, and implementing sustainable savings across production.

You will collaborate with production leadership, maintenance, IT, sales, product development, supply chain, accounting, and more to drive profitability. The position emphasizes Lean manufacturing principles, cost standard development, and cross-functional project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Cost Accounting.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities and lead productivity/efficiency projects to completion.
• Develop cost standards, BOMs, and drive improvement projects across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with production leadership, maintenance, IT, accounting and other functions to optimize costs.
