Job summary

Oxco, LLC in Fort Mill, SC seeks an Industrial Engineer focused on cost and continuous improvement to optimize manufacturing processes and develop accurate cost data, BOMs and standards. You will drive Lean initiatives, lead cross-functional CI projects, and collaborate with production, finance, and maintenance to improve profitability and throughput.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Cost Accounting is required.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
Lean Continuous Improvement training or certification is preferred.
Experience in cost accounting or engineering in manufacturing is expected.

Responsibilities

Lead CI projects including VSM, SMED, 5S, Standard Work and process optimizations.
Conduct MOST analyses to establish cost standards and labor baselines.
Identify non-value-added activity and drive CI efforts.
Analyze and communicate variances in labor, yields, material usage, overhead and absorption.
Create cost standards and BOMs for WIP and finished goods.
Prepare budgets and forecasts and support pricing models.
