The role involves setting production standards, validating quality, and supporting cross-functional teams on complex projects. The ideal candidate blends strong engineering fundamentals with problem solving, leadership, and continuous learning, while ensuring safety and compliance in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt training preferred.
• Experience applying engineering principles to production and design.

Responsibilities

• Review production information and schedules to understand methods and activities.
• Design control systems to minimize production issues and costs.
• Create production plans ensuring quality standards are met.
• Develop standards for production and design with clients and management.
• Apply statistics and math to determine processes and staff requirements.
• Coordinate quality objectives to maximize reliability and minimize costs.
• Draft layouts for equipment and workspace using AutoCAD.
• Lead and mentor teams on projects and process improvements.
