• Analyze and optimize heavy-duty truck assembly processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and shorten cycle times.
• Design and implement efficient production layouts, workflows, and workstation configurations using lean principles.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, and process simulations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to support customized truck builds and evolving customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Support implementation of automation, robotics, ERP systems, and other technology solutions to improve scalability and timelines.
• Analyze manufacturing data and KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operating practices.
• Assist with cost analysis and budgeting for process improvement projects.
