Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support new products and data center backup energy initiatives.

You will lead continuous improvement across the value stream, driving process and product quality improvements while coordinating NPI launches within Operations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, strong CAD skills, and a track record of lean initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and managing shifting priorities in high-mix

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology required.
• Proficiency in CAD: AutoCAD, SolidWorks and/or Pro/E.
• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvements.
• Diverse skills and experience leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Support data center backup energy initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Promote standard tools, methodologies, and processes across production.
• Collaborate with shop floor to improve manufacturing methods and controls.
