Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology required.
• 1–3 years related experience in the Engineering function in a similar environment.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks and/or ProE) and lean principles helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations.
• Contribute to facility transformation, technology transfer and maintenance of mixed model lines or value streams.
• Implement policies, procedures and process documentation for continuous improvement.
• Apply demand driven principles and strategies to support operational excellence.
• Ensure materials and information flow synchronizes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with shop floor personnel to continuously improve manufacturing methods and controls.
