You will analyze workflows, optimize layouts, and develop labor standards to improve productivity. Proficiency with DraftSight or AutoCAD is preferred, and experience with lean methods is valued.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making and the implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years; without degree, 4 years may be acceptable.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and process optimization experience preferred.
• Experience using DraftSight or AutoCAD and ability to analyze workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows, facility layouts and equipment utilization to improve efficiency.
• Develop, maintain and optimize labor standards, routings and work instructions.
• Perform time studies, bottleneck analysis and ergonomic evaluations.
• Identify waste and non-value-added activities and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams and standard work documentation.
• Design and optimize factory layouts using DraftSight or AutoCAD to enhance production flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and methodologies.
