You will blend hands-on machine design with standards development, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires 8+ years of experience and a BS degree, with responsibilities spanning work measurement, material flow optimization, cost analysis, capacity planning, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Bachelors BS AND 8+ years equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing automation equipment.
• Experience mentoring or training engineers, designers, or technical team members.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and Creo CAD software.

Responsabilités

• Develop Work Measurement Systems and Standards for complex workflows.
• Analyze Production Material Flow and optimize value streams.
• Conduct Cost Analysis to balance labor, materials, and overhead.
• Plan Capacity and optimize resources to meet production goals.
• Lead cross-functional projects with timelines and budgets.
