Watts Water Technologies in Woodland, CA is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to enhance and sustain manufacturing processes across machining, fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging. You will drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost, while supporting design changes and new product introductions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 6+ years in a manufacturing setting, with hands-on experience in CNC, 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor), Lean, PFMEAs,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• Six+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with manufacturing-process development, tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Experience with CNC machining processes and CNC programming.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD solid‑modeling software, including Autodesk Inventor.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement principles.
• Experience with PFMEAs, control plans, and process validation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment, and production methods.
• Provide daily technical support and troubleshoot manufacturing issues with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, standard work, routings, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support CNC machining, tooling selection, fixture design, programming improvements, and equipment utilization.
• Lead or support equipment, tooling, automation, and CAPEX projects from concept through installation and validation.
