Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 6+ years equivalent experience.
ITAR/EAR compliance awareness preferred.
Experience in manufacturing environment and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Monitor production processes and identify inefficiencies; implement small-scale improvements.
Develop and maintain manufacturing processes; ensure accuracy and consistency.
Analyze process capability and drive data-driven improvements (e.g., SPC).
Create and refine production documentation; transition to digital platforms.
