Woodward is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer for our Industrial Products Division in Fort Collins, Colorado. You will lead productivity improvements, optimize production flow, and apply lean methods to reduce costs while safeguarding quality.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong data analytics, and the ability to mentor teammates. This role partners with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver reliable, efficient processes and measurable

Formación

• 4-year BS degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing and productivity optimization.
• Experience leading medium-scale process improvement projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical authority for special processes (PVD coating, 10-stage wash, ALD heat treat).
• Develop and qualify new processes for production readiness and customer requirements.
• Provide day-to-day manufacturing support to improve yield, throughput, and quality.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to eliminate recurrence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure process excellence.
