Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing process improvements across assembly steps.
• Perform time studies to determine standard timings and staffing needs.
• Identify opportunities to remove waste and reduce cycle times.
• Support production operators with tooling and process needs to meet schedule.
• Develop fixtures using drafting/modeling software for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs and analyze process risks.
• Conduct process flow and line balancing analyses to improve throughput.
• Identify needs for capital expenditures and perform cost/benefit analysis.
