Job summary
Intel Corporation in the United States, Arizona, Phoenix area, seeks a Labs Industrial Engineer to optimize operational efficiency, capacity utilization, and quality across Foundry Quality and Reliability Lab functions. You will drive data-informed decisions, lab automation, and KPI governance to deliver measurable improvements in a global lab ecosystem.
The role requires a strong engineering foundation with IT/automation experience in lab/manufacturing settings and proficiency with Power
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field or equivalent.
- MS in Industrial Engineering or related field with 7+ years experience.
- 5+ years’ project management experience with KPI frameworks and data-driven improvement.
- 5+ years’ experience with Power BI/Excel, HTML, JIRA, GITlab, DBaaS.
Responsibilities
- Identify operational inefficiencies through time studies, workflow analysis, value stream mapping and data-driven diagnostics for standardization and automation.
- Develop governance for lab planning/automation requirements, roadmaps and sustaining operations with IT/Automation partners.
- Define and drive KPI metrics with partners to improve planning, execution and support outcomes.
