Job summary

Intel Corporation, a leader in semiconductor manufacturing, seeks a Customer Quality and Reliability Engineer within Intel Foundry to advocate for external customers, drive incident management, and lead cross-site quality initiatives. You will collaborate with OSATs and internal teams to improve quality systems, analyze KPIs, and ensure compliance with ISO9001 and IATF16949.

Hybrid role across US sites, including Hillsboro and Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Minimum: engineering degree with hands-on quality/reliability or semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: experience with ISO9001 and IATF16949 frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer advocate and technical interface for customer quality inquiries across Intel Foundry and OSAT partners.
• Direct end-to-end incident and excursion management for customer materials and root-cause investigations.
• Lead structured problem-solving initiatives using 8D, RMA, and PCNs.
• Facilitate customer quality audits and ensure ISO9001 and IATF16949 compliance.
• Design, deploy, and standardize next-generation quality management systems and processes.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs; conduct regular quality reviews with stakeholders.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to improve service, process, and yield.
