Qualifications

• Experience leading KPI frameworks and data-driven continuous improvement.
• Proficiency building interactive dashboards and data models.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 lab standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies via time studies, workflow analysis, and value stream mapping.
• Develop governance for lab planning/automation and drive roadmaps.
• Define and track KPI metrics with partners to improve outcomes.
• Support Quality Management System processes and SOPs in the lab.
